The amphitheatre of death and entertainment….

A Roman gladiator arena that dates back 1,800 years was just discovered in Turkey.

This massive amphitheater, which is still partly buried, measures over 300 feet in diameter and could have once held between 15,000 and 20,000 roaring fans.

It also bears striking similarities to the Colosseum of Rome, including rows of seats that are still visible, waiting rooms under the arena floor for gladiators, and even entertainment rooms for private spectators.
